System overviewEngineered around your production requirement
A manual plating line is designed for flexible production where operators manually transfer racks, baskets or workpieces between each process tank according to the required treatment sequence.
This type of line is suitable for lower production volumes, frequent product changes, sampling, development work or processes that require greater operator control. It also offers a simpler system structure and lower initial investment compared with fully automated lines.
ES-PRO can integrate process tanks, rectifiers, filtration, heating and cooling, agitation, exhaust, chemical dosing, rinsing systems, safety features and basic control functions into a practical and efficient manual plating system.
The line layout and tank arrangement can be customized according to product size, process sequence, available floor space and production requirements.

ApplicationsWhere this system fits
Manual plating lines are commonly used for small-batch production, prototype parts, customized components, maintenance work and products with frequent process changes.
Typical applications include metal finishing for hardware, precision parts, automotive components, electrical parts, decorative products, tooling and general industrial components where production flexibility is more important than high-volume automation.
