System overviewEngineered around your production requirement
A barrel plating line is designed for efficient electroplating of small to medium-sized parts that can be processed in bulk. Components are loaded into perforated rotating barrels, allowing continuous movement of the parts during treatment and providing uniform exposure to the plating solution.
The system is commonly used for high-volume production of fasteners, fittings, small metal components and other parts that do not require individual rack mounting. Barrel rotation, solution circulation and controlled electrical contact help achieve consistent coating quality while reducing manual handling and improving production efficiency.
ES-PRO can provide manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic barrel plating systems with integrated transfer equipment, rectifiers, filtration, heating and cooling, exhaust, dosing, PLC control and production monitoring.
The line configuration can be adapted to different plating processes, barrel sizes, production capacities and product requirements.

ApplicationsWhere this system fits
Barrel plating lines are commonly used for high-volume processing of small metal parts such as fasteners, screws, nuts, washers, clips, connectors, fittings and other compact components that can be plated in bulk.
Typical applications include zinc, nickel, copper, tin and other functional or decorative coatings for automotive, electronics, hardware, general engineering and industrial component manufacturing.
