A configurable system, not a one-size-fits-all machine
ES-PRO provides complete pure water systems for electroplating, anodizing, precision cleaning and other surface treatment processes where consistent water quality is critical to product quality.
Depending on the application, the system can include pre-treatment, RO, two-stage RO, DI polishing, storage tanks, circulation pumps, conductivity or resistivity monitoring and automatic control.
The system is designed according to feed-water quality, required output quality, production capacity and daily water consumption.
Pure water can be supplied for rinsing, chemical bath preparation, final rinse, make-up water and other production requirements. The system can also be integrated with the main production line for centralized monitoring and operation.
