Chrome Plating Line configured for production capacity, process sequence, rack, jig or product handling matched to part geometry, utilities, safety and traceability requirements.
Final specification is developed after reviewing the product, process, capacity, plant layout, utilities and applicable standards.
System overview
Engineered around your production requirement
A chrome plating line is designed to deposit a controlled chromium layer onto metal components to achieve a durable and consistent surface finish.
The system can be configured for decorative chrome plating or hard chrome plating, depending on the required coating function, thickness and finishing standard. Key process parameters such as current density, solution temperature, plating time, agitation and bath condition are carefully controlled to maintain stable and repeatable results.
ES-PRO can integrate pretreatment, rinsing, copper or nickel underlayers where required, chrome plating tanks, rectifiers, filtration, heating and cooling, exhaust treatment, automation, safety interlocks and production monitoring into one complete line.
The overall line configuration can be adapted to different product sizes, production capacities, plating specifications and automation requirements.

Applications
Where this system fits
Chrome plating lines are commonly used for products requiring high surface hardness, wear resistance, corrosion protection or a bright decorative finish.
Typical applications include automotive components, hydraulic rods, piston rods, rollers, shafts, molds, machine parts, tools, sanitary fittings, hardware, decorative metal parts and other industrial components.
Chrome plating is widely used in automotive, machinery, tooling, construction hardware, sanitary ware and general industrial manufacturing.
