A configurable system, not a one-size-fits-all machine
ES-PRO provides exhaust gas treatment systems for electroplating, anodizing, cleaning and chemical surface treatment processes where acid mist, alkaline fumes or other process vapours must be safely collected and treated.
The system can include tank-side extraction, exhaust hoods, PP/PPS ducting, FRP fans, wet scrubbers, circulation pumps, pH monitoring and automatic chemical dosing.
System capacity is selected according to process chemistry, tank size, exhaust volume and local environmental requirements.
The exhaust system can also be integrated with the main production line for equipment status monitoring, alarms and coordinated operation.
