System overview

Engineered around your production requirement

Degreasing lines are designed to remove oil, grease, polishing compounds and other surface contaminants before plating, anodizing, coating or further chemical treatment.

ES-PRO provides customized degreasing systems using alkaline cleaning, solvent-free chemical cleaning, spray, immersion or electrolytic degreasing methods. Each line is configured according to product material, contamination level, cleanliness requirement and production capacity to ensure effective and consistent pre-treatment.
