AI-supported chat
The website may use an AI-supported engineering assistant to interpret questions, retrieve approved ES-PRO content and suggest relevant pages. Conversation text and details you choose to provide may be processed by the configured AI service. Technical specifications, pricing and delivery commitments are confirmed only by ES-PRO personnel.
Contact details and consent
Name, work email, phone number, company and project requirements are stored only when supplied by the visitor. The chat contact form requires explicit consent before saving these details.
Information use
Information is used to respond to requests, prepare proposals, maintain service records, improve the website and manage customer follow-up. ES-PRO does not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Administrative access is restricted and AI API credentials are stored server-side. Business records are retained only as reasonably required for enquiry handling, project follow-up and legal or operational obligations.
